Advertising disclosure
Last updated June 2026
We believe in being upfront about how 1031.com works and how it is funded.
How listings and rankings work
Our provider directory and any “best of” rankings are editorial. Firms are listed and ordered based on objective factors, exchange types offered, asset-class focus, coverage, deal-size fit, and publicly verifiable credentials, not on whether they pay us. Listings are compiled from publicly available information.
How we may be compensated
1031.com may earn revenue from providers through flat advertising and sponsorship arrangements, such as a clearly-labeled Sponsored or Featured listing. Where a placement is paid, it is labeled as such, and its position may be influenced by that compensation. Paid placement never changes our editorial assessment of a firm.
As of today, no listing on 1031.com is sponsored, paid, or affiliated. The entire directory is editorial and compiled from public information, no firm has paid to be listed. We do not currently receive transaction-based compensation, and we do not market or sell securities.
We route, we do not recommend
When you submit an inquiry, we route it to independent third-party providers. We do not select a provider for you, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created. Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) and other 1031 securities offerings are sold only by licensed broker-dealers or registered representatives, generally to accredited investors.
Not professional advice
Nothing on 1031.com is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult your own qualified professionals before acting. Questions about this disclosure? Contact us.
