Information we collect

• Matcher inputs. The answers you provide to the matcher (exchange type, property type, deal size, state, timeline) and, if you choose to share them, your name, email, and phone.
• Partner inquiries. If you submit the “Become a partner” form, the contact and company details you provide.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous events such as page views, matcher completions, and link clicks, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser’s local storage. We also log standard request data such as referrer and user agent.
• Product and session analytics (third parties). We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (privacy-focused, cookieless traffic and performance metrics) and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and page navigation to produce heatmaps and session replays. Clarity masks form fields and text content by default and may set cookies. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for details on its processing.

How we use it

• To generate your provider matches and operate the directory.
• To route your inquiry to the relevant provider(s) when you ask us to or provide contact details for that purpose.
• To understand usage and improve the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share inquiry details only with the third-party provider(s) relevant to your request, and with service vendors (such as our hosting and database providers) that help us operate the site.

Your choices

You can use the matcher and directory without providing contact details. You can clear the anonymous identifier by clearing your browser storage, and you can limit analytics and session-recording cookies through your browser settings or its Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal.
